Are you insured?
Yes, we are completely insured. We are more than happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue.
How far do you travel? Is there an additional travel cost?
How is payment handled?
After an initial consultation and getting to know one another, we require a signed contract and deposit in order to block off your date on our calendar. The final payment is due 14 days prior to the event date.
How far in advance should we book?
As a company that revolves around a personal touch, we never outsource any of our events. We encourage our clients to build a connection with our team from the very beginning of the planning process. Keeping in mind the most commonly busy long weekends and holiday dates, we encourage our clients to reach out 10-12 months in advance of the event.
What is your inclement weather policy?
At the end of the day, we want to ensure the safety of not only our team members and equipment but all the guests attending your event. Because of this, we reserve the right to halt services to maintain safety protocols. With proper communication and planning, a solution can be achieved as we will do everything in our power to fulfill our services if inclement weather arises. However, rain or shine, you can count on us to service your event.
How do we share our performances, slideshows, content with you?
All of our clients are given access to their own client portal account. This client portal has designated areas where you are able to upload all media and files related to your event. The portal is a seamless way to share files up to 30 days after your event. If you have any questions accessing the client portal, feel free to reach out to any D&S representative.
